What do you do when your mom insist on out-doing you? No matter what I do, she HAS to out-do me. If i get a nice vehicle she has to get one either brand new or so close to new that it isn't even funny. I decide to finish getting my teaching degree, she decides to leave the medical field of 25-30 yrs. and go into teaching. RIght now she is substituing in my school corporation, and she has to talk herself up so that my fellow workers will look down upon me. If I buyg my kids something, she has to get something ten times better. When I buy Christmas presents, she has to buy more and of all things the more expensive ones just to make us look bad and out-do us. I know I am acting out of anger and maybe some jelousy. But are my feelings for being angered wrong? What I am supposed to do? Please pray for me and give me some advice.
