The Master of the Seas Jesus is awesome the one who could walk on water also spoke to the sea, and the winds and waves obeyed Him. So why is it so hard to for some to believe that He can do all things. (Matt. 14:25-29. And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea. And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid. And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.) Isnt it amazing that when we step out in Faith believing that all is going great and all of a sudden the storm arises and we get our eyes off Jesus and on to the storm. (Matt. 14:30-32. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased.) Why do we do this when the Master of the seas can do all things. Do we lack that much in Faith. (Heb. 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him..) Lets get our eyes off the storm and back on Jesus the Master of the winds and waves. He is there for You He loves You and will always grab your hand and help you back into the boat of life. Trust in Him, The one who holds your hand.

A Friend Have you ever just sat around and wondered what true love really means to you? I have, and do you know what I found to be my answer? Jesus, the Son of God. He is a true example of true love. When he was on earth everyone he touched was made new. He even laid His hands on people that others wouldn't dare touch. He always had compassion on those who were in need. He even had compassion on the lost and hurting. It did not matter how they looked on the outside. How many times have you walked by someone and were disgusted of the way they looked or smelled, so you turned in disgust, and mumbled a rude comment about that person, instead of speaking a word of encouragement to that person and just loving them like Jesus! I have been there. I was sitting in a restaurant with my mom when this couple came in. They were really badly dressed and looked as if they hadn't had a bath in a few days. I immediately begin to talk about them in my heart. Then after hearing the couple say the blessings over their food, the Spirit of God begin to speak to my heart, I repented of my attitude towards them. Then I remembered what Jesus said to his disciple one day in Luke 9:50. And Jesus said unto him, forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us. This response was brought on by the disciples response to someone who was casting out demons, which was not one of them. You see Jesus doesn't look on the outward appearance of a man but rather looks at the heart of a man or woman. Jesus loves us no matter what we have done. If we call on Him to forgive us and take us in His arms and care for us, He will gentle pick us up and clean us off and fill us with joy unspeakable. That to me is true love. Someone who loves you for who you are, not for what you have done, someone who is willing to forgive and forget your failures and faults, someone who is willing to die for you. John 15:13. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Jesus was willing and did lay his life down for you. So my friend if you are out there and you need a true love like this, I can tell you where you can find it. Jesus is your answer. You can find Him on your knees.
