She is not in the best of health, and we are all trying to brace ourselves for her lose, but you really can't. Pet's bring us so much joy,may God comfort you and your family today.

I'm so sorry. We also lost a kitty before his time, and it's very hard. I know your family will comfort each other.

Dear Sabra and family,
I am so sorry to hear about Horchow. What a funny, unique fellow! I am so glad God lent him to you and your family for a while. I am glad that your boys are old enough that they will remember him - my first dog died 40 years ago (hard to believe I'm this old!) and I still miss her. Maybe you could put photos of Horchow and the boys in their rooms? I'm sure Horchow will hear their prayers and always feel their love.
God bless you and your family. Horchow was one lucky cat to have you too...

We are truly blessed that our Father shows us His love for us in so many wonderful ways -- one of those ways for you and your family through one of His beloved creatures who came to be known to you as the miralce Horchow. God blesses you!

Sabra, my heart breaks for you. I've been there and my hurt and sense of loss was so deep too. I pray we will all be reunited with our much loved other "family members" in heaven. You and your family are in my prayers for comfort and peace.

Dear Sabra,
I am so sorry for your loss. You have had to deal with a lot of loss this past year and a half. Do go on-line and bring up the poem, "Rainbow Bridge." It is about when animals pass. It is comforting. Animals teach us so much about loving and loyalty. Horchow had a wonderful loving family and he gave you much love and laughter. God bless. You all are in my prayers.---Wanda

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your dear Horchow. I lost my almost 15 year old kitty girl Thai a little over 2 years ago. She was my first family member to pass on after my dear mother's passing in 2001. She was followed by the passing of my dear cousin Chris a little over a year ago. My comfort is in knowing that I will be reunited with them the others who went before them someday. May you be comforted knowing that your sister Maria and Horchow are both awaiting your eventual arrival in heaven.

Dear Lord,
Bless Sabra and her family, who will miss Horchow. Be near them as the days go on without the presence of this loved companion. Comfort this family with memories of Horchow, who brought so much joy into their lives.
In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Sabra: Your blogging words are always a blessing to me. I don't read them every day, but at times when I do (and i catch up on the previous that I might have missed)--God uses the words of your thoughts written down for me to really think and chew on and apply to whatever is transpiring in my life at the time. God has used you to comfort me, to spur me on, to laugh, to cry, to be alive through the written word, His Word and your words. I'm a read-er rather than writer, but God puts read-er's on this earth to read the beautiful-gifted words of those He has blessed with the gift of writing. Amen? Amen!
Also, I'm very sorry to hear about Horetio. We lost two elderly cats within a 14-month period. I'm praying and grieving with you over this loss.
God's blessings over your day---janicecarol

Was so sorry to hear about your cat. We lost our dog, and it's such a empty feeling.
I love reading your blog, and hearing about your family. I was so sorry to read about your losing your sister, Maria. What a tragedy.
