About Me
Bio:
I am a thirty-eight year old dreamer that refuses to give-up on life. I know there is more out there for me and I will find it.
Journey: One day at a time, following my father.
Interests & Activities: I love to write fiction. I have been working on a childrens to teens book for some time.
Denomination: Baptist/pennycostal
Goals and Dreams: To one day be finacially sound and on my own two feet in my own place. And to publish my book. To one day live in Scotland.
Inspirations and Role Models: Jesus, my Grandmother, my Mother, my Little Sister, my Nephews and my Nieces. My Nephew Oscar who has CP and doesn't let it stop him.
Proudest Moment: When I managed to get an article I had written published in a small paperback book that was distributed by this online writing magazine I was enjoying at the time called, N.A.W.W. or The National Association of Women Writers. It was just one article and I didn't receive any pay for it, but just being able to give that little book to my parents for christmas that year made me feel like a real writer.
Biggest Challenge: Getting published, obtaining my drivers lisence (no chuckles please), and right now finding a good job.
My Favorites
Bible Verses: For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Ephesians 2:10, NLT
Books: I've been reading this series called 'Grace Chaple Inn' I love them-so far I've read two and hope to start the third soon. "So you don't want to go to church anymore", and right now I'm reading "Tortured for Christ".
Music: I'm listen alot to a radio station called K-Love, its a christian channel. Beyond that I listen to instrumentals alot.
Bible Teachers: Jesus, My former pastor and perhaps my current one. My former sunday school teachers.
Quotes: I've kind of made up my own: "That we mere men could move great mountains"~RLP71~
