Why do I have to register to send E-cards?

Why do I have to register to send E-cards?


In order for OurPrayer to know you have permission to use our E-Greetings, and that you agree to our terms of service, you must register your e-mail address and establish a password.

Why wasn't my E-card received?


This problem most often turns out to be a typing error. Please check the accuracy of your recipient's e-mail address. However, if your recipient's e-mail address is correct, their internet service provider could be sending the E-Greeting notification to a bulk folder. A solution to this situation is to forward the e-mail confirmation you received from us to the intended recipient. This confirmation contains the URL they can click on to see the E-Greeting.

Can I change, cancel or delete an E-card once it's scheduled to be sent?


No, once you have sent an E-greeting you are not able to unsend or make edits.

How can I check the status of my E-greeting?


If you have selected the option of being notified when a recipient views your E-greeting, you will receive an email notification.
