In March of 2007 we prayed for the recovery of our son wounded in Iraq. Now after two long years he is nearly recovered and continues to improve.

This answered prayer may cause me to look like I am materialistic, but since I believe that specific needs answered can provide hope to others, I would like to share it. My husband and I were married in 2002. The ring he bought me then was an antique one that we since leaerned was not worth what my husband paid not to mention had broken many times making it unwearable. It appeared that no replacement was forthcoming in these hard economic times, but I began to pray to God that if it was his will, please make a way for it to happen. I wanted an outward sign of being married. One day we were walking past a jewelry store in a shopping center we frequent and out of the blue my husband suggested we go in and take a look at rings. To make a long story short we found a beautuful colorless diamond solitaire at a great price so my husband bought the ring! I am wearing it now and the fire and color that sparkles in it when outside is unbelievable. God does indeed answer specific requests. Thank you!

I requested prayers after suddenly losing my job as a caregiver to 2 DD women,this came right on the heels of losing the young multidisabliltied young man for whom i had cared for for 12 yrs to a stroke. He was like my child. I had had a good working relationship with this agency for many years when I found myself cutoff ,alone and being threatened. I wrot and asked for prayer help.I no longer feel frightenend by these people or alone . I am no longer afraid to leave the house for fear of running into these ladies as I know I am PROTECTED.

Thank you Lord, for saving my brother's soul. He wrote home telling my father he gave his life back to the Lord. We know that God is going to answer and deliver the rest of this situation.

After praying with someone on-line about my financial situation and having rent past due, I went to negotiate with my Landlord and after explaining my circumstances found them very agreeable to working out a plan so my fiance and I could stay in our apartment. I am very thankful for the prayers and support of OurPrayer.org

My coworker who was in the motorcycle accident is doing MUCH better. First diagnosis was fractures in the neck and scull and he was transferred to a larger hospital. Today he is back home with a fracture to the orbital and sinus!!! MUCH better diagnosis eh? Please continue praying for complet healing of mind body and soul!
